Thomas White

Owner

Thomas is originally from the Tidewater area of Virginia. Growing up with a focus around team sports, Thomas developed a passion for baseball during his adolescence and teen years.

Away from sports, Thomas spent much of his time fishing on the Chesapeake Bay with his grandfather, and step-dad or working with their small business as electrical contractors.

After high school, Thomas served our country as a 6 year Army veteran and 10 year Department of Defense contractor. Thomas accumulated 19 combat deployments across multiple theatres of operation using his experience focused in the fields of Intelligence, Aviation, and Computer Networking.

Thomas developed a passion for Entrepreneurship, especially in the field of real estate. Using the skills and background gained from childhood and military service, he worked diligently to start Precision Property Inspections, LLC with his close friend Mark De La Cruz. Thomas became a Licensed Home Inspector in January 2021 and has quickly gained a reputation for thorough and concise reporting from his clients.

Away from work, Thomas enjoys his spare time with his two sons, playing Men’s League Baseball here in the valley, or coaching youth baseball.
